Summer flamenco dance workshops
Over the summer, Gemma de la Cruz, Magdalena Mannion, Josie Laurel and Daniela will teach a series of flamenco dance workshops listed below. These classes are for students from elementary to intermediate level. Discounts are available if you book for more than one class. For further details and to book, contact Gemma at gemmacruz2002@yahoo.co.uk. When you email, please provide:
• your name
• phone number
• the classes you want to enrol for.
Gemma will then give you the cost (including any discount) and send you the payment details. As these workshops are very popular, you are advised to book early.

Flamenco guitar workshop with maestro José Almarcha organised by La Peña Flamenca de Londres. José is a superb guitarist and composer from Ciudad Real. He studied flamenco at Córdoba Conservatory of Music and with great flamenco masters such as Paco Serrano and Niño de Pura. He has accompanied dancers such as Olga Pericet, Marco Flores and Antonio Canales. After the excellent reception of his first album, Vejézate, he has released his new album, Alejandra, receiving wide critical acclaim. In recent months, José has been working with the legendary flamenco singer Carmen Linares.
